This tribute page serves as a personal learning platform for mastering HTML/PHP/CSS. Those who bought the CD (probably from Dean himself at a show) will find this web address on the front of the CD. I obtained the CD from Dean in 2008 during a Carnival Cruise voyage. After being tucked away in a desk drawer for the past 15 years, I decided to use it as the foundation for this project.

Please Note: This page is not affiliated with Mr. Gaines and serves as an experimental tribute to a humorous and kind individual our family encountered 15 years ago. His legacy to me, which once resided in my desk drawer, has now been brought back to life on the internet.
